On Sunday 25 January 2015 five crosses will be consecrated on the dome and roof of the church of the Holy Trinity in Perth. This completes the construction works on the church building itself and leaves only the frescos on interior surfaces to be completed over next couple of years.
The church service starts at 10am. Archpriest Milorad Soaktar will consecrate five crosses on top of the church shortly after 11: 30h. Everyone is invited to attend the Saint Sava Celebration in the church hall afterwards with the ceremony, and also to celebrate the completion of construction work on the church.
This is a very significant event for the Serbian community in Western Australia and it is expected to gather in large numbers.
