New Serbian tennis club NOVAK has recently been established in Perth. The internal works on the Church Hall are nearing completion. Final touches to the ceiling are being done before starting with the works on the floor. A couple of decision needs to be made and tenders/assistance requested such as: How to proceed with replacement of the entry door? Agree on the design and request quotations [ ]

All internal demolitions are done and the removal of waste material as well. The work next week will focus on fixing the electrical and lighting installations in the area around former office and bar. Serbian Society “Kolo” from Perth is organizing a fundraising function with dinner dance at 7:30pm on Friday 18 May 2012. The function will take place at the Hamersley Community Centre, Belvedere Road, Hamersley WA 6022. All proceedings from the event will go towards covering of travel expenses for “Kolo” dancing group to take part in [ ]

There was a small delay with the demolition of internal office walls and ceiling, the demolition will be completed early in the week with general removal of waste on Saturday 19 May 2012. Everyone is invited to come and assist from 8:00am on Saturday 19 May 2012.

The electrical works within the Church Hall are entering its final phase. Also new cool room and storage room are built, old office and bar are relocated and that whole area is no prepared to start demolition of internal partition wall. The Church Hall ceiling is effectively completed with electricians finalizing the installation of lighting this week. The works will start on the installations for a new bar together with new cool room in order to relocate the existing one allow for demolishment of partition walls in the area where new library will be located.

The electricians kept their promise and enabled the ceiling at the Church Hall to be almost finished this week. The remaining works on the ceiling will be completed before Easter service.
