The Holy Liturgy service was conducted by Perth’s Stavrophor Fr. Milorad Soaktar, PhD and Fr. Sasa Stojanovic at the Serbian Orthodox Church of St Sava in Highgate WA.
In the following weeks of the Great Lent, the Serbian priests from Western Australia will continue to hold the services together as follows:

- Friday 10 Aprila 2009 at 9:00am at the Missionary Parish St Basil Ostroski, 295 Manning Road, Waterford
- Sunday 12 Aprila 2009 at 6:00pm at the Missionary Parish St Basil Ostroski, Rae Road, Safety Bay, Rockingham
